  WEEKLY REMINDERS START OF THE 4TH QUARTER. PLEASE MAKE SURE TO KEEP UP WITH ALL YOUR WORK AND FINISH THE YEAR STRONG! WEDNESDAY APRIL 26 is SECRETARY'S DAY. PLEASE MAKE SURE TO THANK OUR SECRETARY ALBA FOR ALL HER HARD WORK! ALL CLASSES ARE ON A REGULAR SCHEDULE THIS WEEK. 5TH GRADE SOCIAL STUDIES Students will begin wrapping up Unit 2 from our textbooks. We will review the idea of different cultures meeting and how cultural differences and competition for land led to conflicts among different groups of people in the Americas. Students will spend Monday and Tuesday reviewing the last two chapters, which will prepare us for the Unit 2 exam on Wednesday. We will then begin to examine Chapter 5: The 13 colonies. We have started to discuss how the first 13 colonies were made and who established these colonies. Two homework assignements will be given this week.   WEEKLY REMINDERS School resumes Monday April 17, 2023. NYS ELA Exam will be held on Wednesday and Thursday April 19 and 20th. Report cards will be given out to students on Thursday April 20, 2023. Parent/Teacher conferences will be held on Friday April 21, 2023. In person conferences will be held from 1pm to 3pm. Zoom conferences will be held from 3pm to 6pm. Please make sure to sign up below.
