Gym & 5th Grade Social Studies

Weekly Reminders

Gym classes shall remain normal this week, except for Monday December 9. We will be having mass at 9am. Morning classes will be rescheduled. As always, please remember to wear FULL GYM UNIFORM. Full gym uniform consists of navy blue shirt with school emblem, navy blue sweatpants with school emblem, and a pair of sneakers.
In other news, I am very pleased to see more and more girls be active and actually participate in the activities we play during gym class. Like I have said before, all that matters is that you participate and try your best. Participation is a major part of grading for Physical Education.

5th graders will be taking their chapter 3 test which was rescheduled for Monday December 9. Please remember to study all our review notes, study guide, and the powerpoint which is on our google classroom. We will also be moving into Chapter 4 this week. Vocabulary for the chapter should be done by this Friday. Please review the chapter before class on Tuesday.

WEEKLY REMINDERS CATHOLIC SCHOOLS WEEK! SCHOOL CLOSED MONDAY FEB 1, 2021 - SNOW DAY FRIDAY FEB 5, 2021 EARLY DISMISSAL FOR STUDENTS K- 8TH - Parent Teacher Conferences 1pm - 6pm Report cards will be given out this week. 4TH & 5TH Grade Social Studies Week of April 19, 2021

WEEKLY REMINDERS New York State testing begins Thursday, April 22. Grades 3-8 Report Card Meetings are on Friday, April 23. Students will have EARLY DISMISSAL on Friday 12 PM. Students in both 4TH & 5TH grade have a very busy schedule this upcoming week. Students will be testing most of the week. Please be prepared to focus!  Parents are also reminded to please sign up for parent teacher conferences this upcoming Friday, so that we may speak about students work in class. Sign up will be posted below. Sign Up Genius: 3rd Quarter 4TH GRADE SOCIAL STUDIES We will be reviewing the chapter for the last time before our chapter test. Students are reminded the chapter test is on Tuesday, April 20. Please make sure to study all vocabulary words and review power point summary.
