Monday, May 31 SCHOOL IS CLOSED FOR MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND.

As we continue to move forward on the road to recovery, we remind students that although some restrictions have been lifted in the city, we are still following covid guidelines in our school. We hope students stay positive and work with us to continue to provide a safe environment for everyone attending school. Students are reminded that although the school year is almost over, we should be taking note of what we can do to improve our behavior and work ethic for the following school year.

As a reminder, I have sent several students emails about missing assignments, if you are one of those students you should take the email very seriously because clearly there isn't enough work being done at home. It is very easy to earn a passing grade in this class, all you have to do is keep it! There is a number of students not being proactive about their grades in class and it will come to light during report card meetings.

Students will begin to cover Chapter 10 in their textbook. Chapter 10 will be discussing life during the early 1900s and how the World Wars affected New York State. We will be reviewing Chapter 10 for the next two weeks, so please pay attention and stay organized with your notes.
